At Prothisebha Social & Healthcare Foundation, we believe empowered women are the backbone of thriving communities. Our “Empower Her” campaign is dedicated to uplifting women in North 24 Parganas through skill-building, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. By providing training and resources, we help women gain the confidence and skills needed to support themselves and their families.
You can make a difference in several ways. Donate to help fund training programs and necessary resources. Sponsor a woman to cover her full course fees and startup costs. Corporate partnerships under CSR initiatives can expand the campaign’s reach and impact. Volunteers are also welcome to teach, mentor, or assist in program delivery, amplifying the effectiveness of our work.
The campaign follows a structured timeline starting with outreach and mobilization, where community awareness and registrations take place during the first month. This is followed by skill-building workshops and health camps held between the second and fourth months. From the fourth to sixth month, microfinance seed funding is disbursed to help beneficiaries start their ventures. After six months, we conduct follow-ups and impact assessments to measure progress and share results with supporters.
